Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that involves a series of slow movements and deep breathing. It is a low impact exercise that puts minimal stress on the muscles and joints which makes it suitable for older adults. There is no special equipment required and can be practiced indoors or outdoors, either alone or in a group. Tai Chi for arthritis is the style recommended for fall prevention and has been proven to reduce falls by 47%. The class will be taught by an Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist certified in this program.

1. Start by clicking the Add to Cart button next to the class date you wish to enroll in. |
2. In the box that appears, fill in your name, address, etc. Once complete click Save Enrollee. |
3. Click View Cart at the top of the page when you have completed your selection. Next, verify your class selection and then click the Register button. |
4. If there is a fee, a box will appear to process your payment. Hit Pay Now once complete. |
5. Once enrollment is confirmed, you should receive an email with classroom directions in about 15 minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact 513-475-4500. |
