Stepping On Fall Prevention Classes (Not Virtual)

STEPPING ON is a 7 week, 2 hour per week program designed for people who are living at home and have experienced a fall or are concerned about falling. STEPPING ON is an evidence-based program that is effective and proven to reduce falls in older people living in the community. The program incorporates strategies to implement positive lifestyle changes to keep you independent, upright and active.These include balance and strength exercises, medication management, home and community safety strategies and vision as relevant to fall prevention. Several guest experts will be a part of the program, such as a Pharmacist, Eye specialist, Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist.
****Attendance at Class #1 is required. ****
The evidence has proven that Stepping On reduces falls by 31% in the community. lass size is limited to 20 participants. |

1. Start by clicking the Add to Cart button next to the class date you wish to enroll in. |
2. In the box that appears, fill in your name, address, etc. Once complete click Save Enrollee. |
3. Click View Cart at the top of the page when you have completed your selection. Next, verify your class selection and then click the Register button. |
4. If there is a fee, a box will appear to process your payment. Hit Pay Now once complete. |
5. Once enrollment is confirmed, you should receive an email with classroom directions in about 15 minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact 513-475-4500. |
